Reuters.com reports that on the heels of their purchase by ArcelorMital (NSYE:AA), Baffinland Mines (TSE:BIM) has made changes to the board.

Canada’s Baffinland Iron Mines , poised to be bought by ArcelorMittal , said it had made changes to its board, and appointed Phil Toit as president and chief executive.
