Hunan Valin to raise its stake in Australian iron mining company

Chinese steelmaker Hunan Valin Iron & Steel Group Co Ltd announced that it would purchase a further 0.9% stake in Australian iron mining company Fortescue Metals Group Ltd thus raising its total stake to 17.4%.
