African Aura responds to variations of unsolicited take-over bids
African Aura Resources Ltd. reported that it has become aware that Northern Financial Corporation has extended the expiry date and time offer to acquire all of the issued common shares of African Aura Resources Limited not already owned by Northern. Northern also reported that it is varying the minimum cash condition of the Offer.
