International Gold Mining changes its name to “Central Iron Ore Limited”

International Gold Mining Limited (TSX VENTURE:IGL) reported that the company has changed its name to “Central Iron Ore Limited” and it has completed its previously announced consolidation of its common share capital on a ten (10) old for one (1) new basis.

The press release is quoted as saying:

At the opening of markets on Tuesday January 19, 2010, the Company’s shares will commence trading under the new name and on a post-consolidation basis. The Company’s new stock symbol will be CIO. Post consolidation, the Company will have 20,150,718 shares issued and outstanding.
