Russia Metalloinvest in IPO talks with banks
Metalloinvest, Russia’s largest iron ore miner, is reported to be in talks with banks over a possible initial public offering of its shares.
The press release is quoted as saying:
Metalloinvest could take a decision on the listing at the end of the first quarter.
