Freewest updates on Cliffs Natural Resources arrangement

Freewest Resources Canada Inc. (TSX VENTURE:FWR) reported that the company obtained a final order from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in respect of its previously-announced Arrangement with Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. (NYSE:CLF)(PARIS:CLF).

The press release is quoted as saying:

Freewest is a mineral exploration company actively exploring for gold, base-metals and chromite within eastern Canada… Cliffs Natural Resources (NYSE:CLF)(PARIS:CLF) is the largest producer of iron ore pellets in North America.
