The gross proceeds from the placement will be used for work on the Carbon Creek coal project and payments on the Sheini Hills Iron ore project.
Solid Resources Ltd. (TSXV:SRW,OTCQX:SLDRF,FWB:YRS), thru its subsidiary Solid Mines España, S.A.U., entered a binding option agreement with Lorente Y Pallares SL, to acquire 62 iron ore concessions and metallic mining licenses covering 1,030 hectares in south eastern Spain.
Fancamp Exploration Ltd. (TSXV:FNC) announced receiving the first set of assay results from its ongoing diamond drill program at the Lac Lamêlée South Iron Project. The Company has completed over 11,000 metres in 33 drill holes to date at the project. Fancamp hopes to complete the drill program in November 2012 and is aiming to complete a Mineral Resource estimate in Summer, 2013.
